Respected Sir / Madam,

I have been going to INOX and PVR cinemas and observed that those cinemas management are charging exorbitant prices for beverages like Pepsi and Coke, in fact much much more than MRP. I would like to know how to raise a complaint against those cinemas management for doing such blatant wrong doings.

Please help me in this regard.
