I am really annoyed for a company like airtel where after sales / customer service is not upto the mark. I have complained several times to ocean infracom pvt,ltd. My customer id is 3004540077 economy pack. The second set up box fixed with very short size wire resulting into slightly damage of my lcd screen. Nobody is ready to talk to us. Just lingering the issue.

I am sorry to say that nobody is ready to listen to our complaint. Pl depute some representative to visit and re-check how much wire was used for 2nd set up of box.
