Hi,

My name is Lokesh Mehta and I took a loan from Bajaj Two Wheeler company for a bike My account no is 582004089.I gave them all cheques which were required.but they did not debit my account in starting 3 to 4 month So they used to collect the payment by cash,and I have given all the installments to them.I thought to take NOC later on as i made the complete payment.then I applied for Personal loan in the bank, then informed me that loan can not be approved as your one loan is already running, then I contacted Bajaj they said I made the late payment that's why my name is given in CIBIL.Then I shown them the bank statement that bajaj did not debit my account, then they gave me NOC.then I again Applied for Loan,again it was rejected,they say your name is coming in cibil as it says I made the late payment........


Please Suggest what should i do???????????
Please give me any Phone no as well, The no's which is given on the website not working
