Dear sir/Mam

Myself Ishrat Ali as Asstt. Professor(Deptt. Of Computer science). Living in Greater Noida. My cell number is 9716767635. They have activate friend zone scheme without intimating me. And they deduct Rs 30/- to Rs 40/- from my account balance on 21st Oct, 2010. When I complaint to the Aircel Customer Care they said I have activate this scheme. But the fact is I didnt received any call from their side or I didnt sent any activation msg from my number. After that they disconnect the call without registering the complaint. It is third time I face this problem of deduction.
This is my request to you that you take strict action against them. Please reply me on my complain as soon as possible to you. Please Sir/Mamhelp me to this problem.
