Sir, Iam a registered consumer of BPCL gas through Sreelakshmi Gas Agency (Code No. 621723), S.K.Building, Udayagiri, Chempazhanthy; having consumer No. 8579. I am horribly frustrated with the delayed delivery of refill cylinder even though my house is within 500 meters of gas go-down and office. Now I have booked the gas refill on 09/11/2011 at 07:22 am through SMS service from the registered mobile number given above (+919447011475) and received the confirmation message with booking reference 14637450. But I haven't received the refill cylinder till today (24/11/2011). In between the delivery boy came to my house about 5 days back and informed that he will deliver the cylinder tomorrow. That means the delivery boy have been given the receipt against my booking and he have redirected the cylinder to somebody of his choice and I believe, this must be the reason for so such a delay. This is not the first time such cases are occurring to me. So I humbly request your good self to take appropriate action to get rid of such misuse and consumer complaints in future.
