Hi,

I am from Indore and brought a whirlpool oven and within few months problems started.
The warranty is for 1 year and within warranty the company doesnt do the needful to make the
oven working. It is not replacing the faulty door and PCB.
I complained abt the faulty door and PCB of microwave on aug30th and till now its not repaired.
I spent abt 300 rupess on calls and mental irritation and harrasement and lot of time wasted.
This has happened with my washing machine once and now again with oven.
I asked for just changing the faulty parts and that too in warranty.
Incharge of service centre Amit roy bluffs and postpones the job.
Head of indore office never is reachable by phone. He never sits in office.
Service people in indore are all casual and for two months i am not able to use my oven and the faulty door emits microwaves onto the user which is health hazard and dangerous. Company is responsible for all my worries and woes.
They dont even call to give the status and i have to call always for follow up.
I think it that the court shall take serious action on the company for repeatedly troubling me.
I hope i will justice by compensating all my losses and mental irritations every time I call whirlpool
