Dear concern,

I am getting many threat calls from a mobile no. 991179813 and 9891146223 .
First call i received from Mobile no 991179813 stating that his name is MS KHAN and he is a police official and is calling from ITO Headquarters, Delhi and He also said to me that he has Non Bailable arrest warrant issued against me and he is coming to arrest me. Apart from this he was talking in such a bad manner and said lot of abusing words to me and my family.

When I said to him that i will complain against him on phone no. 100. then he cut my phone. today i again received the same call from 9891146223 . This person say that he is virender and calling from same ITO head quarter is coming to arrest me on my address. because he has non bailable warrnt against me . I was always talking to him very gently but he responded so bad badly/in dirty manner.After talking to him he had given me the no of MR KAUL (9718368434)and said to me that Kaul is Lawyer and he is handling my case . When i talked to kaul he said that court has issued a non bailable warrant against me and he is handling my case and Axis bank is his client and given the no of Mr. Kumar who as per him is a manager in Axis Bank.

Both person had given me the no of Mr . Kaul . and every time kaul said that axis bank had filed case against me in delhi Tis Hazari court and passed me the no Mr. Kumar who as per him is the manager of Axis bank.

When i had done a enquiry about this then i found that no court has issued any non bailable against me . apart from this also found that for mr. M S KHAN and Virnder was calling from Axis bank behalf.

Several time i had received such type of calls in last 3-4 months.

last year axis bank has issued settlement amount of rs. 12000 for my credit card .one time bank had wriiten in their mail that my settlement amount was approved on 13 aug 09 which was valid till 30 sep 09 and then when i became ready to pay all amount till sep 09 and for this i paid rs. 1085 on 21 aug 09 and was doing the final payment of rs. 10915 before the bank given deadline then i received the mail from bank that they will not consider my 21 aug09 payment as my approval had come on 31 aug 09. then immediatly i contacted to bank and asked that they had written in their perious mail that my approval had come on 13 aug 09. and valid till 30 sep 09 so why they are saying my approval had come on 31 aug .on 19 jan 10 bank has also accepted their guilty but nothing had happend . this was the not first time when i was getting very bad experience from axis bank , in 2008 , i had faced some big problem when bank had not updated my paid amount against due in their record. for this several time i had visited in axis bank delhi credit card divison ( C.P.) and subimitted all my bank record and shown that i had alreday paid credit card bill via cheque then after that bank official reliase their mistake and updated in their record.
