Complaint against E-bay online website

Dear Sir / Madam,

Order # PaisaPay ID 27724220777

I have purchased 1 New BlackBerry Storm2 9520 Mobile Phone With Warranty on 18-Oct-10 through E-bay.com at Rs. 19.712 including shipping charges.

Instead of Blackberry cell, E-bay delivered Tata indicom cell. I did complaint to the E-bay customer care (18002093229) and tried several time to get in touch with them but no reply. I have also returned the handset through Blue Dart as suggested by the Sender dealer on 19oct'10

It has given me a lot of mental harassment because of the amount I have invested.

Kindly help me in getting correct blackberry phone or a refund at the earliest.
