Request from the Bank I can Not pay in One shot please make instalment for the same and Help me.

My Name is vikas and i am from Delhi. I have a Personal loan with ICICI bank. I have not made any payment since 2008. the reason was that i lost my job. then i got another job and i had Salary account with ICICI bank. I requested the bank to start deductuting the monthly installment from my ICICI account in which i was getting my monthly salary and not my HDFC bank. But the Bank denied my request after which it became very deficult for me to may my monthly emi's timely. So i stopped making the payment.
Then when my fiancial condition started getting stable i met an acciedent in 2011 and i was on bed rest for 16 months. I have started working now and i want to settle my loan. But i m geting threatenig phone calls every day from ICICI banks collection agency and i do not know what to do with that. I want to pay and i can only do it by Feb when i will get my first salary.

My Loan account number LIBNG00010222771 Which is having due of another 15998 INR pending as per the collection broker and the legal notice he send to me . I have clearely mentioned the EMI pending is one which 1886 INR . I have asked him so many time to send the statement as i can uunderstand the its wrongly calculted to collect from the customer and trying to scare him with legal notices. I have all the bills and also kindly look into the statement for the same . I am ready to pay the one emi which is pending.

Dear Sir,
I have taken a personal loan from ICICI BANK in 2005 of an amount 98000, out of which I have paid 18EMI's at 3819/month.
But after that as I have lost my job and some serious financial problems I couldn't close the loan.
In between I had contacted the Franchisee through whom I have taken the loan advised me to wait till the case will come to them.
Now after 5 long years The RECOVERY AGENTS from KOLKATA and DELHI now calling and abusing to my family and the Person at whose home I was residing in very unbearable words.
To escape from their threatening calls I have sent 4 PDC to their local branch which is equal to the due EMI plus the Cheque bounce charges ,the amount maximum WE can pay.
Now I am working in an educational college with a salary 7500 in which myself,wife and son of aged 12 living,but the concerned branch has returned the cheques asking to come and sit infront of us as you have cheated us we have to treat you as a defaulter in front of all .
Though I am ready to settle the loan out of their 125000 (including late fine/bounce charges /reintrest) I have send the cheques worth 60000, which they have returned.
So advise me if they will file a case what shall I do or to whom shall I approach.
