I had filed a claim request to ICICI Lombard for my baggage loss against the oversees insurance purchased. It has been more than 3 months and no processing has been done by them. They have discarded the case on following missing letters -

1. Letter from airline with compensation received - THERE HAS BEEN NO COMPENSATION FROM THE AIRLINES YET
2. Receipts of Baggage belongings for ore than $100 - NOBODY KEEPS RECEIPTS OF CLOTHES ASSUMING CLOTHES WILL BE LOST - ( THE LUMPSUM AMOUNT CLAIMED IS inr 25,000) THAT INCLUDES ALL CLOTHES AND BELONGINGS IN THE BAGGAGE AND THEY ARE ASSUMING IT TO BE THE EXPENSE OF ONE BELONGING. THERE IS NOT MUCH SPACE IN THEIR CLAIM FORM TO LIST 20 CLOTHES ITEMS.

It would be great if somebody can file this complaint against ICICI Lombard and make them respond to this query without stating irrelevant points for closing the claim matter.
