Hi

I stay at 237, Tilak Khand, Giri Nagar, Kalkaji on second floor. there is water leakage into my flat from my neighbour who stays exactly above my flat on 3rd floor. i have asked them so many times to get their pipes repaired however they say that i will have to pay for the entire cost as its not there problem.

i think when leakage is at their house then why should i pay for the cost , my walls have spolied due to the leakage and they are all wet.

please help me with this. please advice how should get this done.
