Cheating of Vodafone. Dear sir,
On Dec. 2009 i applied for the new connection of Vodafone for corporate connection.
The person came to me for the collection of document has collected 250 rs. & my ID & delivered me the sim card , and prommissed me that corporate connection will be activated on that once i will get the welcome call & they will also give me the new No. , when i got the welcome call & ask them for the plan at that time the caller told me that its not a corporate connection, however from starting i have asked them for the corporate connection, at that welcome call i told them that i want only the corporate connection, not the other one.
so they didnt allot me any No., then i called the customer care for my payment of 250 Rs. they ask me to visit near vodafone store to make the request., i went to vodafone store and requested them for the same,they gave me the request No. and ask me that i will get the check within 45 days but i didnt get,i visited them 3 time every time they just gave me the new request No. & assure me that i will get the payment in 45 days. but i didnt get till now.i have receipt of 250 RS. and the sim card in packed format still with me.
All the request No. are SR#2129596322, SR#2143863530, SR#2153824982.
now i requested you too please look into this matter & penalise the vodafone for the mental & financial losses they have made to me.

On may 2012 i applied for the new connection of Vodafone for corporate connection from vodafone store sector-12 dwarka.
first they activated my prepaid no. and after 2 days just deactivate it without any reason.
I have already paid Rs 250 too..
now i requested you too please look into this matter & penalise the vodafone for the mental & financial losses they have made to
Please tk dis matter seriously otherwise i have to file RTI.

On 8th may 2012 i applied for the new prepaid connection Phone no.(8447554125) from sector-12,Dwarka by providing required documents and Rs 500 for the same.
After that i applied for the same no. to change from prepaid to post-paid number on my present address..But the staff was really
not sound at all and penned down my address wrong..They told me that my enquiry is failed due to unavailabilty of any member in the house.
Next day i wnt der @ sector-12 store and asked them to change and correct my no. on their software and asked them to update it.
But even on 16 may 2012 my no. is not activated..
now i requested you too please look into this matter & penalise the vodafone for the mental & financial losses they have made to me.
And if anyone from vodafone wd nt tk step then i hv to file a RTI ..
