Sub: - Complaint regarding bike services.



This has with reference to my mail sent on 14.07.2009, I am very regret to inform you that no concern authority or person contact me for my problem. I am feeling very sad and getting frustrated day by day from the service provided by S.K.TVS in Delhi. Their service is very poor and exhaustible. Let me tell u the service details of my bike.

(Problem occurs after service)

1. First service from S.K.TVS on 22.10.2009 The whole body of the bike got very high vibration at speed

50KM/H.



2. Second service from S.K.TVS on 28.12.2009 The whole body of the bike got very high vibration at speed

50KM/H and handling is very poor. They said there might be problem in cone set but it is not in stock, we will replace this in next service.



3. Third service from S.K.TVS on 04.04.2010 The whole body of the bike got very high vibration at speed

50KM/H and handling is very poor and they change the cone set but nothing is done to my bike my problem is still pending then they said there might be problem in shocker piston but they are out of stock.





4. Fourth service from S.K.TVS on 18.07.1010 They damaged my fork piston (front) by hitting them using a

Hammer for which I have to pay Rs.4500/- to get new one from GULATI TVS.



5. Fifth service from Gulati TVS on The whole body of the bike got very high vibration at speed

50KM/H and handling is very poor. The problem was same for me shocker piston is not available in their stock.



Instead of this I used to visit on S.K.TVS on 14.02.2010, 06.06.2010 for the same problem but they do not do any thing. Every time when they call me for telling the experience after service I register my complaint to them but again they don’t do any thing.



I used to complaint on internet about these entire nut nothing is done for resolution of my problem. I don’t know what to do and am very sad from the response of TVS.



In the light of the above, I again would like to request you to kindly appoint the concern person for contact me and to resolve my problem otherwise I will wait for a weak and if no resolution id committed from your side I will definitely register my complaint in consumer form of Delhi.

message The Manager T.V.S, Delhi i have bought TVS Apache on 01.10.2009 from SK TVS but the bike had problem in its shocker piston and gear shaft. till now the part is not available in service centre of SK TVS (Mayapuri). I registered my complaint many times but no part is available.I am very upset from their service. You are requested to kindly look in this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
