Indiatimes shopping has cheated me I bought a Blackberry curve 8250 from Indiatimes . My ref.no. is 201009260846461 .
First I had ordered a white color piece they send me a black one when on purchasing i had insisted on white and made a payment transaction only after assurance of white piece . On complaining they said to return the piece which i did not as i did not trust them to return my money
Second they had told on doing the transaction that on ICICI credit card they are charging no processing fees or service tax . But when i received my statement there was charge of rupees 683 as processing fee and 71 rupees as service tax. when I called the back and asked about charges ,they told me there is no tie up with Indiatimes . please look into it . i want my money back.

india times don't care about their customers . they cheat on them .don't listen to complains do false priomise

Indiatimes shopping has cheated me India times contact you after you put up a complain . They tell you that they will get back to you ,but no one ever listen to you. They now call to sell their product but not amend what they have already have done . nobody should buy any thing from them . they are cheaters.
