Hi. My name is Arun Kumar. I had registered with VLCC for the weight loss program and paid Rs. 10,000/- in full as an advance payment for the program. The person concerend who signed me in, assured me of being given a slot at 6.30am which after the first session was denied due to their timing issues.

I refused to use the services as it was impossible for me to attend these sessions at the time which was being offered now.

The receipt though said that there will be no refund, I need to understand that can I demad a refund as I hae not used any services as per the promise, which is also reflected in the payment receipt?
