I have paid Rs. 500 to Tikona broadband service for internet connection. There engineer comes to my home and said that here we can not install modem because of lack of signal and you will get refund of your check. After few days i call to customer care for refund. They take my complain and said that i will get Rs. 500 check in 45 days. Today 45 days are complete but i am not get my refund of Rs. 500. I have call so many times and send so many mail to them.
Now they are sending me sms that you have not paid bill of Rs. 300. I have not used any service of Tikona still they are sending me remainder message of bill payment.
