Complaint Against Employer I want to file a complaint against my previous employer; Ches Management Services, Chennai.
MY PF No. is TN/49482/166
I worked in this company from 25th August 2009- 16th April 2010. I submitted my PF withdrawl form in mid july but so far it as not been processed by the company. Everytime i contact them asking for PF withdrawl, i am being told some or the other excuse. I am not even sure if the company has been depositing PFs in employees account or not.
Please help me in getting my PF at the earliest.
