i have purched hcl me game from homeshop 18 and paid amount by credit card but i receied produt is damage in buit scren was broken i first call to home shop 18 for complent but not good responce from them so i call to main managment but they told me to wait for 3 days.it also ok i have purches to gift my son now what? i have manage for it but know home shop 18 complent department told me that it 's your mistake not our so we are doing our best for ityou have to wait for it how much????????????????????????? god know we are just waitig so people thick it wile buying from home shop 18 just fake promise of warrainty
