i have given my hp laptop which is in warranty period at ahmedabad service center for hanging issue. So many times i have traveled from bhavnagar to ahmedabad for solving problem and after traveling 5 times to ahmedabad at last i got my problem solved but they created a new issue. Now i can't start my system because they have installed trial version of windows 7 os instead of my original which i have given them on recovery disk. Now i can't start my system though i have tried to recover from recovery disk which i have ordered from company.
Still now i am unable to start my system
my system is not working since last 2 months because of these type of issues coming immediately after purchasing.
Hp service center of ahmedabad is not replying anything on this.
Please guide me.
