Dear sir , my name is Ruby having saving account number # 30665247803 in state bank of india, vijayanagar branch , ghaziabad , sir i gone to my base branch for internet banking many time and i after so many try i got my net banking password and userid but when i try to fund transfer to other bank then they ask that your phone number is not record with branch , for this purpose i again fill a form given by branch manager name sushil kumar and he told me ok this will activate with one or two days, but sir today is 14th day i am still waiting , during this period i again gone many time to my base branch and he told me dont worry today i will do , sir that is the problem please do some needfull and positive action regaring this matter i am facing a lots of problem regarding this .
