I P V Sivakumar in Guntur has purchased a Eureka forbes RO water filter from their sales executive.
After 10 days the tap started leaking and i have approached the local office for repair.
One of their service execuitve has come and he could not fix the problem, And he said tap has to be replaced and took time for 2 days. It happened almost 1 month back and even now when am contacting them( Mr Ravi) says that they have not recieved the taps stock.
I have bought it for 10000 and not able to use this equipment.
Mr Ravi has given me a mobile number of Mr Murali and said he is the service head and handles from Hyderabad.
I have tried reaching him but he never answer the calls.
This is ridicoulus and un acceptable.
They are taking all the complaints very easily and not at all responding to the customer.
