1, If my transaction is a valid transaction, then why the transactions done after my transaction at SBI on 31.07.2010 are not successful(interms of Cash Withdrawl..
(you can check these transactions through SBI Bank Log Sheets on that day which will be provided by SBI ).

2, Any National bank(Particularly SBI ) ATM will defintely give the following combination of notes, for withdrawl an amount of Rs 20,000/-

a, 19 X 1000 Notes + 2 X 500 Notes
b, 39 X 500 Notes + 5 X 100 Notes
c, 10 X 1000 Notes + 20 X 500 Notes
d, 20 X 1000 Notes
e, 40 X 500 Notes, etc...

But i have received only 24 X 500 Notes and i am having the series of Notes with me.

Kindly let me know how to get my money back as i have already lost 2 months from the date i have logged phone banking complaint and let me know can i get any refund for the delay.

I have already contacted, But no use ... I am frustrated with the way your people are responding ..

You only recheck the communications internally and come back as i have already lost confidence with Nationalized Bank like Yours ..
