I have bought a connection of BSNL BROADBAND last months 30-09-2010 and now I have problem of speed & connection. I have complaint everywhere at customer care center 9-10-2010 they give me complaint no.1582523 and said your complaint will be short out at 24 hour.I am waiting for one of the representative but no one come and they have closed my complaint. When I recall at customer care center then he generate a new complaint no.1582648 also gives me some kind of other contacts too. I contact all the contacts but they all avoid me.My complaint still not solved.
