Dear Sir

I have purchased a reliance prepaid GSM sim (no.9817679382) on 28/09/10 and submitted all required documents beforehand. It worked well for 6 days but after that it was deactivated.
I have talked to Reliance Customer care 5 times, Reliance local Office Shimla thrice and Retailer (from whom I have purchased it) twice. Whenever I call them, they tell me a different story and activate it for 4-5 hours and it get de-activated again.

That is my official no. and very important for me. Please take suitable action.
