I amit thomas and my family went to Manali for the summer vacation. after that we went to Rohatang which is 50km up from Manali. The place Rothange Pass is top of the hills. There was very dangress because one side is hills and another side is very deep valleys where is no trees only deep and dangerous valleys. Five km before Rothange my new car tata Indica Vista was suddenly stopped middle of the rode and the car was not starting that time. That time my uncle, aunt my 2 year's son and my wife was there.
Than I start calling Tata costumer care center and I was not getting the number then I called Sai moters service center, rooma, kanpur there also they told me pls call Tata Costumer care center. I was so Far from city and more then 100000 ft above from the see lavel. Hardly I was getting the signal of my mobile.
Then I called my hotel manager for the help they send the torching van for the help. That was the horreable time for me and my family, even we can't breathe properly there.
that time I spend more than Rs 20000. I don't get any help from the Tata Service Center that is very bad experience for me and my family.
I am thinking to file the case in the Court against the Tata Moters.
