I have to submit the following for your immediate attention and favourable orders.
I had opted fot the TV activation under My Way team with the sole consideration and
the scheme was sponcered and piloted by the BSNL . My Way IPTV team , calicut
situated at second flor of HDFC bank building behind Baby Memorial Hospital Calicut.
I have selected the scheme were in the monthly rent works out to Rs 100 on the
ONAM FESTIVAL MELA conducted by you at premises of BSNL Mananchira Calicut .

It was informed on 14 - 09 - 2010 by your franchise that more channels
wil be available in case I pay Rs .150 per month and I agreed to this arrangment I
was asked to pay Rs. 200 and the excess of Rs.50 will be adjusted for next month
I made the remittance of Rs. 200 for which no recipt was given , inspite of my
demand

As per the scheme rented free connection will be given upto 19-9-2010
and thereafter monthly rent will be collected from my home after 20-10-2010

To my surprise on 2-10-2010 I was asked to remit further amount , the amount
not specified which I refused outright . The connection was cut (DISCONNECTED)
on 4-10-2010 at 7:30 am without any notice .On contacting the franchise they gave
different interpretation and I came to the conclusion that I was cheated by your
franchise

Now I demand to inform me in writing the full particulars of the scheme which
I have selected , the correct monthly rent which I have pay and the other features of the
scheme within 15 days from the date of receipt of this letter failing which I will be
constrained to take legal remedies for which you will be solely responsible.
