Easy Cabs Sucks

    Thumbs down Easy Cabs Sucks

    This a request to all pls dont book easy cabs for your commutation if its not a booking for Bangalore Internation al airport they will surely gonna ditch you anythime.
    I had a horrible experience with them last friday when I booked easy back from Oberoi KG Rd to my home pai Layout.I booked it in afternoon and got the confirmation SMS Booking Id : 2369.I went to Oberoi to attend a official dinner I booked the cab for 11:15PM.I finished my dinner and was waiting for cab to come...I got a SMS from Easy cab at 11:15 saying that my booking is cancelled.They dont have any courtesy to inform a lady cutomer reagding the cancellation atleast 2 Hrs before specially if the booking is for midnight. I had gone through lot of trouble reaching home that night as I was relying on them.

    Request to take some serious action against them.

    Angry Easy Cab is not Easy

    Easy cab is one of the most unreliable cab service you can ever get. I guess they should only concentrate on serving Airport customers and not as city taxi. They can ditch you anytime without any notifications
