Respected Sir,
A cheque was dispatched by BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE Co LTD. on 13 Sep to me through Overnite Express Limited (courier Co.). It was reached at Overnite Express Limited Kochi office by 15 Sep 10. The said courier co. neither deliver the cheque to me nor returned back to sender till 25 Sep 10 as courier co. is making excuse that there is no contact no. on envelope. After query by BAJA ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE Co LTD it was known to me that my cheque is with Overnite Express Limited Kochi office. Insurance co. also intimate my contact details to said courier co. on 24 Sep 10. But the courier co was not agree to deliver the cheque on 24/25 sep 10, it was replied that only on monday (27 Sep 10) it will be delivered. Resulting which my e check was bounced and I was charged for Rs 300.00
I want to logg a complain against Overnite Express Limited for the following:-
1. Without contact no. how the courier was accepted by Overnite Express Limited if they can't deliver.
2. Without informing to sender or addressee how the Overnite Express Limited can hold my cheque up to 10 days.
3. After getting the contact details why Overnite Express Limited was not agree to deliver on 24/25 sep 10 while it was working days.
4. i would like to claim for Rs 100000.00 ( Rupees one lakh only) as my valuable cheque was not deliverd to me in time.
Please suggest me in better way. I hope you will do the needful, your immediate co-operation will be highly appreciable

misbehaviour Today I went to The overnite courier service in silchar to collect my PAN card at about 7.10 pm and ask the proprietor about my card but he was just not even interested to listen me. He asked me about the consignment no. which I had collected from my friend in a minute or two but he was in a hurry to close his office,ask me to come tomorrow. Then I ask his office telephone no. which he did not provide me. Please look into the matter.
Pan card is not received Dear Sir
I have not received PAN AYLPK 2889 which was dispatched on 31st May 2011 by Overnite Express Ltd. bill no. 6606117346 at my communication address.
not yet received my pan card i was supposed to receive my pan card on 10 oct 2011 by overnite express ltd. but till now it is not received on my communication address. when i called in the anpara office(in uttar pradesh) the staff who received my call was not interested in listening my problem and there was also lack of manner in the staff that how should he talk to his lady customer. after that he told me to come and receive my pan card. when my father reached there to get pan card it was missing. he told to call after 5pm its going to lunch break. when i called after 5pm again he ignored my problem and told me to call on monday. i would say that there is lack of manner and lots of negative attitude along with laziness and insincerity in the staff of overnite express ltd courier service. overnite express ltd should pay attention in hiring the good staff who can patiently here consumer problem and have gud communication skill and also manner that how should he talk to lady customer.
Atlast i would say that my experience with overnite express ltd was completely unsatisfied and i would never prefer myself or anyone to use this courier service.
