Dear Sir, I am cheated and humiliated by Electrician ( Electrician name: Shyam Lal S/O unknown, R/O B 277 Transit Camp. Govind puri, New Delhi -19. we gave electrician the task of all electrical work related to our ground and other two floor house. He took the payment of Rs, 20,000 and left the balance of Rs, 1000 for left work on April 2010 and promise us that he will complete the task in 15 days.

Its over a five months but he never came back. whenever we called him to finish work he abuses us on phone and when we see him sometime in market he abuse us in front of the people and denied for taking his responsibility.

we are facing problem which can cost us a life of any family member. he never done proper arrangement for earth wire due to this we get shocked from TV, LapTop, Fridge and washing machine and all other related electrical items. which is very dangerous for us to live like that.

we ask him to install 9 sub meters in the rooms which we gave on rent but later we find that the meter is not installed properly, and due to this one tenant is paying the light charges of other due to improper wiring.

I am looking from you to teach him that in India is no more easy to cheat and do any other kind of fraud.
