    Default Poor after sale service of samsung mobile



    Sir/Madam,

    I have given my samsung mobile (model-Corby) for service at samsung service centre, Ghaziabad on 24/09/2010. They have told me to collect after 10 days and at the time of recieving they return my simcard, battery and back cover. When i have collected my phone on 07/10/2010 than my external memory shown disabled, Later on, i came to know that my memory card was missing and when i claim for memory card than the lady who recieved my phone start teaching me lesson that it is your responsibility not our to ask at that time and told me to do whatever i want. So kindly look into the matter, i will be highly obliged.

    Default Very very poor quality of mobil supply by samsung for galaxy S3

    When you buy phone they claim it is best mobil, I bought .S3 on 18th of June2012' when they sold the mobil they claim the screen is scratch proof and no need of any screen guard, I told them 100 times is it ok without screen guard,they say this is words best bless used and it is 100% guaranty it is scratch proof.

    On 20 th we find one scratch on screen

    We went to show room and shoes to them, they say no problem please visit service veneer they will take care of this .
    Today we went to service center they are not ready to change the screen and even they do not have respect to customer, Mr Akash floor manager at neheru place service center do not know how to talk to customer, he is not ready to give any reply in writing.

    SAMSUNG is just fooling their customers and suppling bad quality mobile to their customers.
