No refund after 64 days, paramount airways Date of flight 04 Aug 10. Booking ref PNR:0M9OKK, flight no I7402, 2 tickets from Madurai to Chennai for passengers - Sujit Mathew and Vinnu Alex. total cost Rs 5264.00.
More than 64 days over. no response from airways. no email, no letter no phone call. Customer Rel manager Mr Anshuman 9791045335 says new excuses every time i call.
no response to mail sent to their finance manager supriya@paramountairways.com
what do i do, pls advise...
