I purchased Samsung Galaxy S from Mobile Store, Sri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) in the month of August 2010.

I bought it under the scheme of HDFC Credit Card Scheme i.e under this scheme i don't have to pay any interest and the total amount will be in installments but unfortunate it doesn't happened...

Because of this fault from your side, i have to pay extra interest along with amount to the HDFC.

So i request to please resolve this issue as soon as possible ...

I already had long conversation with Mobile Store Executive Mr Naresh 941496158 & 9983230079 and Jaipur Executive Mr Ravi 9982683002.
Both Executives mentioned above, straight way accepted company's and system fault and failed to give any solution to this issue.

i sent complaint letter to the feed back as well as the email id...but as usual no response from their side..
