plz refer to my order no. is 673124 and i had bought a BOSS mobile handset on 18/08/2010 against naaptol.com advertisment in times of india lucknow addition and suggested by coustmer care support executive. the set was supplied by M/S KRISHNA TRADERS(ADDRESS-SHIV SERVICE CENTRE,NATRAJ BUILDING,SHIV SCRICHDI
COMPLEX, BEHIND SHIV TEMPLE,GOREGAON,MU@@@@@LINK ROAD, OPP NAHUR STATION WEST MUMBAI-400078) vide their challan no. 4029867 and seller reference no. 673124 dated 20/08/2010.

i had sent complaint in this regard two or three times through email and also sent a hard copy of the mail at their address but no responce recd till date.

i want to complain to you about this product that you had given me is defective and after one months it's not working and when i insert the sim it says "sim card registration failed" and " no sim ".

this is highly objectionable and it seems that the company is selling sub standard product through news paper adds.

i want to request you please instruct to the company to replace my product and/or refund my money back.

your imidiate action in this regards will be highly apreciated and looking forword a favourable action.
