In January 2009 I had purchased a whirlpool washing machine frpm Pantaloon Pvt. Ltd. Bhubaneswar by paying around 17 to 18 thousan rupees. However, within this one and halh year the machine has been faulty by four times. One month/two month back the machine became faulty and the whirlpool service center enginner visited the faulty machine and replaced some parts. Howevr, the machine has again become faulty last week. Due to a internal short circuit the machine has been burnt. The engineer from whirlpool visited and told that we donot guarantte the fibre part and thereby you have to pay 4 to 5 thousand rupees to get replaced the burnt parts. I contacted other wirpool representatives and told them that since the machine has become faulty 4 times within a span of 1& half years you replace the whole system. But they are not accepting my demand.
Pl, do guide me on this regard.
