Dear Sir/Madam,
I was using HSBC credit from 2007 to 2009. i was duely paying every month without fail. but i identyfied that my payment was like a putting money to water. the credit was reducing only 1000rs per month if i paid 4000 per month . then i decided to go for setttlement. i got the settlement letter also from HSBC.
shockingly when i arranged money on final settlemet date it was bank holiday. then i called HSBC call centre and requested to postpon ,they agreed also .
now after one year of payment they started harrasement that i have not paid and i need to settle full.
and they are caliming that i have settled for one card and other is still pending
infact i have received letter to settle to my HSBC credit card A/C number .
now they are claiming that i have to settle for Credit card number .

Please help me to resolve this . i am looking valuable feedback that every indian trust in CONSUMER COURT
