Dear Sir
I ‘ve purchased RAM (1GB, DDR1) on 15/Oct/2007 from M/s. Poojatech, HB-99, 2nd Cross Road, Panampilly Nagar, Ernakulam-682036, Ph. 0484 3265272, 4010786.
The product I purchased is for Rs. 2,130/- including tax. Warrenty replacement is for 3 years (ie. Upto 14/oct/2010), Product make is ‘V-DATA’.
Now this RAM got complaint, so I approached M/S. Poojatech with the bill for replacement but they denied for replacement because they did not find their sticker on it. But when I purchased there was only one sticker of V-DATA with serial number. My argument is how can a customer know what type of sticker they are using for warrenty, at least they should mention the serial number of the product on the bill or either they should give a warrenty card along with the product. On the bill they have mentioned 3 year warrenty but not mentioned the serial number of the product. While purchasing they told that I have to keep the bill safe for claming warrenty.
As a consumer my humble request to do the needful to get the replacement.
