This is a grievance related to the JABRA Bluetooth I had purchased from Reliance Digital, Gurgaon which I have unsealed there itself in the showroom and was not working.

A credit note was issued to me at that point of time and I had again purchased a different model of JABRA.



The statement mentioned by the executive was “Ma’am you take this home, try it, if it is not working we’ll issue you another credit note”.

I was suppose to gift this to someone and it didn’t work, So I had to purchase another one at that time and as discussed with the excutive, I visited Reliance Digital day before yesterday to get it exchanged.



But first they refused to receive it and told me to go and get it repaired from The JABRA service centre in Delhi.

After discussing the whole matter again with their manager they did not issued me another credit note.



I am really astonished to see the behavior or the executives, once the item is sold they do not take any responsibility of the same of getting it repaired/exchanged.

If this kind of problem is being faced by the customer, that too no one is there to resolve, I don’t know what is the future of this group.





Request you to look into the same on high priority.
