    Default Complaint against Bajaj Electricals Limited

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a Bajaj Gas Gyser (Aquatherm GWX 04) on 20-Dec-2009. This has 2 years warranty. My gyser is not working for last 15 days and I had logged a complaint regarding the same in their Jwalaheri Service Center on 23-Sep-2010. My complaint number is 2737. I am following up constantly with them. I have spoken to Ms. Jyoti and Mr. Deepak in their service center and Mr. Shekhawat in the Head office, however my problem has not been fixed till now. Engineer had visited us one week back and next day we had informed him that problem is not fixed. Now engineer has not come back even after continuos calling to service center and Head office. I would request you to look into this and provide a solution for the same.

    Default Bajaj company is as lousy and care less as their products

    We purchased a Bajaj geyser on Dec 6th,2010. It is not working since Dec 17th after working for 11 days.

    The National Help Line Toll Free number as printed on Bajaj's Warranty Card 1800-22-2252 says that they only handle Mumbai complaints and very soom they will be launching another national number for Delhi.

    The Noida service center number has sent the persons twice who has not been able to diagnose the fault during two visits and has pass on the problem to the Bajaj sernior team.

    Well Dear Mr Bajaj, it is time that you wake up and take care of customer's complaints.

    Angry Pathetic Service... avoid Bajaj products

    Purchased a heater on 4th Dec 2010. It conked off in within 3 weeks. Local electrician who had installed it said there is a serious defect and disconnected it immediately.. He asked us to call the service centre and stated that they will fix it for free since its in the warranty period... Called the service centre and put a complaint with them on 15th Jan. Today when I call to follow up, I am being tossed around between the local service franchisee, their head office and the service centre... The service centre (Staff Farah Khan (1800222252)) says we have sent a request to the local franchisee (022 6584 2494) & we should follow up with them... Local franchisee says they haven’t received anything from Service Centre and we should complain about this to the head office (022 22089092/93/94). Head office hangs up without a hello or not answering the calls. Service centre staff are just non courteous and refuse to help. One staff by the name Mayur just kept disconnecting my line after taking my complain no (4310)... (Multiple Calls made on Jan 22 around 11:30 am) they wouldn’t allow you to speak to their supervisor nor give you the name of their supervisor stating they do not have the authority... I am repenting investing in a Bajaj product... THEY SUCK BIG TIME!!! I will never buy a Bajaj product and instead of waiting time & energy on follow ups have made up my mind to buy a good quality alternative brand with better service.

    Unhappy complaint regarding service of my electric geyser

    dear sir,

    we have purchased a electric geyser (shakti plus 25lts.) from m/s wellcome house,kalkagarhi ghaziabad(uttar pradesh) on 12th december 2010.it stops working on march 2nd.2011 & i called the dealer for comlain.he straightforwardly told me that it is useless to call me & ordered me to call bajaj service centre.then i call local service centre.they told me to call helpline no. 1800222252.from that day i am regularly tracing the helpline no. but i am not getting any response.so sir please guide us what to do.

    Dear Sir,I have purchased a Bajaj wall fan (BW04) on 08/09/2010. This has 7 years warranty. My fan stop working on 15.07.2011 and I had logged a complaint regarding the same in their S K Elecrtrals, Near Sadar Thana, Meerut 0n 16.7.2011. An employee comes that service centre namely Pawan Kumar and take the fan and issue us reciept no. 29 on 17.7.2011. I am following up constantly with them. I have spoken to them on phone so many times but they are not re-installing the fan. I would request you to look into this and provide a solution for the same.Regards,Sanjay Kochhar987517774

    Thumbs down Operation of Foor processor is not satisfactory high noise level

    I have purchased Bajaj Platini Food processor from a dealer in Bharuch Gujarat,
    My experience with Bajaj is unbelievable, I got new box pack piece which was damaged inside, and replaced in week time b y deler.
    New piiece received is giving very level of sound, aprox 65-70 DB , which is out of limit, and when I requested for the change, Reply received that piece is operatable, We can't change or replace,
    This clearly damaging the image of Bajaj, I insisted for bajaj and now , I am getting reply that you all educated people are always going with brand name but not understand actual quality,

    Now question is " Is really the name of Bjaja is so bad and image is damaged” ????

    If not , I am expecting quick reply,

    Unhappy Complaint against Bajaj Electronics

    Dear sir,

    We had purchased the bajaj aquatherm instant gas geyser (GWX 04) on 26th July 2011 with 2 yrs of warranty in Bangalore. It did not even worked for 3 months. We lodged the complaint and the customer care ppl told that it'll take 2 working days. Till 5th day nobody turned up. On repeated calling one person came and told the water tank should be 16 feet high, but it our case it is more than that. He told he'll check with his supervisor and let us know. But later he is not answering the call itself.

    Bajaj is having a very pathetic service and product. These ppl will not even understand customers time which is very valuable.

    Please help us to get the product replaced or to get our money back.

    I purchased a microwave bajaj platini on 29.09.11 & shopkeeper assured us that a company trined person will come to give demo & explain the features of the instruments.But till now , Dhanya ho BAJAJ, no one has come to give demo even after the hundreds of Phones & the instrument is kept with as a showpiece

    Default Non attending the complaints by bajaj electricals.

    I purchase a iron of bajaj electricals on 14.4.2010. The iron has out of order on several times. Now I lodge complaint on 16.11.2011 vide complaint No.717716 but not attend till date.they are simply passing the time of warranty period. On contacting with bajaj electricals they said that repair material is not available or our technician is not free for outer delhi areas. The staff of bajaj electricals is very careless and not care the complaints of consumers.

    Default Bad product and service from Bajaj Electricals

    I have purchased a Bajaj Water Heater/Geyzer model name Shakti (I) on 12/Jan/2011. Since then we are facing so many problems and defects with this product. The tank and element has been replaced twice. Other parts not covering under warranty also has been replaced and changed. Still we are facing problem. I have callled the customer care and register a complain, Complain number is 786721. Almost 10 days over but yet we have not received any service from there side. I never face this type of bad service from any other product or Brand. Really this is very pathetic, terrible and disgusting. Now It is too much i wants to give negative feedback and review for every bajaj product in the net. Please help me and suggest me in this regards.

    Default Bajaj Exhaust Fan (Maxima DX 200 MM)

    I had bought the exhaust fan on 21/05/11,it was working fine.But for past two months the speed of the fan has become slow.Regarding this I had placed a complaint on 23/01/12 in the customer care center.My complaint no. is 920639 or you can check by my mobile no.9871876770.The technician came on 25/01/12 and said that a condenser is to be replaced and by Sat(28/01/12) it will be done.Since, then I have been trying to contact to get the status on my complaint,even tried calling the service center but no response.If the company cannot get a new condenser fixed while the fan is in the warranty period then it should be told,rather than keeping the customer waiting for ages.If this is the kind of service the company is providing then at least I will never recommend Bajaj products to anyone.

    Default Complaint against GX7 mixer grinder (faulty product)

    We want to lodge a complaint against the faulty Mixer Grinder - GX7 (purchased on 13/3/2012), the Sr. No. of the product is 31655 (GC SI. No./Code No. - 0144137) bought from "M/s Harminder Singh & Brothers (10 Khurshid market, Sadar Bazar, Delhi)"

    We have been following up regularly with above said dealer and also with the representative of the Bajaj Company (Sarvesh Kumar - Service Incharge and his contact no. is 09999049835). We have discussed this matter with Mr Sarvesh Kumar once, and he promised to replace this product but after that he never picks up our calls. Also about the dealer - "Harminder Singh", how could he sell your products when he never listens on customer issues related to Bajaja Electricals products (his answer is always straightaway - NO change/ NO Replacement).

    We are really dissatisfied with the way how Bajaj Electricals and their dealers treat customers & their complaints.

    I have purchased an electrical Iron on Dated 02-Dec-2011 from COLD POINT ELECTRICALS ( 13/4, WEA, Karol bagh, new delhi , vide bill no 17082 book no 164 . the iron is not working properly. I have complained 4 times last complaint number 80684 , in spite of repeated complaints nothing has been done to resolve my complaint . today 21/5/2012 i have again complained Mr. M. R. JHA ( Phone No. 9212066731 ) and Delhi Office call to Mr. Sanjay Adlakha ( Phone No. 011-23503700 ) all staff are avoiding complaint and befoul me while giving other persons number . you are requested to please resolve my complaint/ exchange my iron as who is responsible if anything Mishappening due to shot circuit.
    I am facing problem of shot circuit due to lekage of water from this Iron .
