We purchased a Bajaj geyser on Dec 6th,2010. It is not working since Dec 17th after working for 11 days.
The National Help Line Toll Free number as printed on Bajaj's Warranty Card 1800-22-2252 says that they only handle Mumbai complaints and very soom they will be launching another national number for Delhi.
The Noida service center number has sent the persons twice who has not been able to diagnose the fault during two visits and has pass on the problem to the Bajaj sernior team.
Well Dear Mr Bajaj, it is time that you wake up and take care of customer's complaints.
