I have purchased an electrical Iron . Dated is not confram beacuse biil priant is not clear.but i m purchse this product jan.2012 its confram from Big bazer ( sader bazer , ambala cantt , the iron is not working properly. I have complained one times last complaint number del0412000017112-1 , in spite of repeated complaints nothing has been done to resolve my complaint . today 12/6/2012 i have complained ur service centre. mall road ambala cantt. but one person sad i m not a free service of u beacuse this producat purches of big bazer. i m call u r toll free no but all staff are avoiding complaint and befoul me while giving other persons number . you are requested to please resolve my complaint/ exchange my iron as who is responsible if anything Mishappening due to shot circuit.

I have purchased a Bajaj sadwitch toster majesty dated on 17/12/2012. This has 2 years warranty. My toster is not working for last 15 days and I had logged a complaint regarding the same in their Jwalaheri Service Center on 12/07/2012. My complaint number is 353538. I am following up constantly with them. I have spoken to Ms. Jyoti and Mr. Deepak in their service center and Mr. Shekhawat in the Head office, however my problem has not been fixed till now. Engineer had visited us one week back and next day we had informed him that problem is not fixed. Now engineer has not come back even after continuos calling to service center and Head office. I would request you to look into this and provide a solution for the same.

I have purchased a Bajaj fan dated on 12/06/2012 .This has 2 years Guarantee .My fan is not working for last 7 days and I had logged a complaint regarding the same in their service center Jyotermayee Enterprise at Bhubaneswar on 20/7/2012 and request ID is 4269 .I have mail to customercare@bajajelectricals.com and pv.rajeev@bajajelectricals.com (Service head of Bhubaneswar) but they have no respond and my problem has not been fixed till now . I would request you to look into this and provide a solution for the same.

Brght an Bajaj gas geyser in april 2012, the geyser is emitting black smoke when in use and also emitting foul smell. have placed a cmplaint with the call center last week,. complan number: 382010,one person visited, however he siad the burner had a problem and someone shall visit for burner change.
Non one has turned up een after 2 days of complaint.

no body attend it but message came my both requist complted on 9th august and 13th august . i m very upset with ur service . so pls give me reply proper. or say me what can i do,

I purchased a water heater 2 years back ans since then it started giving problems.....The compoany has replaced evry part of the geyser in warranty period still the issue didnt stop...now because the warranty is over they are asking for the amount to be pauid by me...The problem started with a leakage and they told that the entire assemble will be changed....it was chnaged but the problem still continued after repeatedly calling them and chsing them a technician came to my house after 15 days and now he talks about a different problem and wants to charge money for that...
The service centre (Pragati Enterprise, Sahibabad) has provided pathetic service....
I would ask some one in Bajaj to take strict action against such service providers...They are spoiling the name of the company...

I have spoken to Ms. Jyoti and Mr. Deepak Tyagi in their service center, however my problem has not been fixed till now. I have brought a Bajaj Platini PX GWX Instant Gas Water Heater bearing serial no. C154 PX6L 0211010205 on 9th July’ 2012.
The water heater has not been working since day one. Despite my complaints to your Customer Service Centre, your so called technicians has been trying on a trial and error basis only to conclude after a month that one of the spare was faulty.
The faulty spare was replaced but even now there is a problem with the geyser. The geyser switches off immediately and as per your technician the geyser is not able to take the pressure. I told him if this is the case please replace this geyser or refund the money back. The technician informed me to mention it in the service report which was signed by me. After this I have been calling you Call Centre several times. They said the machine cannot be replaced but only repaired. I told them that why should I bear with a defective product since the geyser was not working from day one and despite replacing the defective spare the problem still persists. Through my complaint no. 549513 given 22nd September’ 2012 I agreed to repair the geyser on the condition that it would be the last time that your technicians would be trying to repair and if the fault still exists then I would want a replacement or money back.
Today (29th September’ 2012) it is more than seven days despite my regular follow and false assurance by your Customer Service Personnel, the complaint has still not been attended. Today when I raised my voice they cut off my conversation twice by disconnecting the phone line and told me to speak to your Service Centre Franchise, R.K. Services directly. I told them it is not my job to call the Service Centre and that it is their job to coordinate these issues or alternatively the Service Centre should call the customer and sort issues and not the other way around.
I am sorry to say that your franchise service personnel are a bunch of technically incompetent technicians who are unable to diagnose and troubleshoot problems and behave like dumb heads.

I had purchased 2 ceiling fan (48 inches), 5 ceiling fan (24 inches) and 4 exaust fan of bajaj electricals from their authorised dealer m/s murli electricals ajmer but most of the fans are not working propoerly either they are making sound or thier speed is not upto the mark. I contacted their service centre at ajmer and after many telephone calls & repeatedly request and follow up they obliged me and visited my house and just told that everything is ok whatever problem i have it is routine nature of bajaj product which i bought
