Dear Mr Esteemed Judge,

I have booked 5 tickets for Endiran (Tamil Movie) for 04th of Oct, 2010 (Rs. 2100). Unfortunately I am not able to see the movie. So I have planned to cancel the booked ticket. When I was trying to do the same, I really shocked . There is no option for cancellation for online ticket booking. Also, there is no such kind of these information. (It might be there in the T&C of the website). But, the "cancellation not available" information should be appear while booking the ticket, right? Also, whatever it is, they have to have an option of cancelling the ticket and refunding the amount, right? it is my money. If I do not have used your property, you should return my money, right? It is the law and rights, right?

I request you to take an immediate action on this and please let them to refund my money. The money did not come to me very easily. It is my blood. I got it for my work. I got the money for my sweat. Nobody has rights to get my money without my satisfaction.
