This is to bring in your kind notice that Mr. Deepak from the Sales Department of India Today Book Club contacted me for an offer. He told me that I have been selected as a premium member and been chosen for a special offer in which I have to pay Rs.14996 and I will get a Gold Box containing vouchers of Rs 5,00,000 which includes 100 vouchers of value Rs.5000 each, he told me that I can purchase any jewellery from Surat Diamonds and suppose if the price of the jewellery is Rs.20000 I will give them 4 vouchers of Rs.5000 each. It means that the offer given to me was that I can club my vouchers. Alongwith it, I will get a MTv T-Shirt, MTv sunglasses, Reebok Shoes, Reebok track suit etc. So I agreed to buy this offer for which I did a payment of Rs.14996 on 2nd September,2010 by my HDFC credit card. BUT on 4th September, I'm getting calls from executives of India Today Book Club and they told me that I cannot club the vouchers. Again I asked Mr. Deepak about it and he is saying that I can use them as clubbed vouchers. I was interested in this offer only if my vouchers are clubbed otherwise I'm not interested and requested them to pay me back Rs.14996.
The numbers from where I got calls about this offer are:01149560000, 01143798300, 01130818200.
Mr. Deepak also gave me an ID telling that its an ID which will be used while clubbing the vouchers.
I request you to look into the matter seriously. Till date I'v not got my parcel also. Now, they have sent a mail that I cannot club the vouchers. These vouchers are of no use if not clubbed. I need my Rs. 14996 back. Kindly consider this matter seriously and sort it out as soon as possible. I have the recording of the initial conversation between me and Mr. Deepak which I can send opn demand. I'm also sending here all the mails which were sent and recieved for this query.

If the vouchers are not clubbed then the penalty should be on the company's part as your executive told me the same.
Kindly send me the contact number of your Head or his/her mail so that i can send the recording of the initial conversation to the head in which Mr. Deepak told me that these vouchers are clubbed.
