On 20/7/10 I paid rs 500 to the tikona dealer to get my Internet connection.When the tikona officials came to install the device they founded out that there is no connectivity in my area.I called up tikona and they said to me to pay me refund of rs 500 it's now upto 75 days and I have not received any money.my application no. Is 50000004750387 under the name tej Singh bhati
