Hello Madam/ Sir,
This is Ankur. I was having reliance broadband connection with a plan of rent 299/- + Tax having 1 GB downloading / Uploading limit. I was using this service from many months and each time i got the bill of rs. 350 or maximum 400 because I use to keep watching the limit that I have used and if I crossed that limit I stop using net. But in the month of July around they give me the bill having amount of 5334/- (Approx.). I asked them to disconnect the connection immediately and they did the same. After that I asked them to register a complain about this illogical bill amount and also to give details of my usage they asked that they will not register any complaint regarding this because as you are not the existing customer of reliance and they asked me to do a mail at broadband @relianceada.com to get the details. I did the same and till the time I didn't get any response from their side. And now days I am getting a call from two persons who claim themselves to be a senior advocate from reliance company and a Senior Inspector from Delhi police and making me harass for the bill payment. I agree that I didn’t make the payment but the point is without getting details how I made the payment. I also assure them that I will made the payment as soon as I get the details and satisfied. Now, If in case they send me the bill of 50000 then what? Am i going to make that payment of that 50000 without any details. Not possible na.
So, what I have to do now.I am having no complaint no. and facing such problem and not getiing any way how to come out of this. So please help me out.
