Today, around 1.30 PM(16.02.2011), my wife lost her mobile alongwith Airtel Sim at BestBuy Super Market, Tirupati Opp. Municipal Office. While Airtel was approached and the sim was barred for usage and another sim with the same no. taken and activated without any problem by Airtel.
As we were in a hurry to get a simple model mobile, we approached BigC Store Opp. to Municipal Office and insisted on a branded mobile. Without briefing about the negative aspects of the model,they have sold Nokia dual sim model vide their Cash Bill No.SI/TPT2/20408(SL NO.0882697)
After learning that the model sold was a failure model of Nokia, we approached the store for exchange,they refused. Finally, out of frustration, we have returned the mobile the store without taking any money back.
I would like my complaint to be taken note of and suitable action taken against the seller for misrepresentation of acts and selling of a failure model and cheating the customer.
