Please refer to my complain Nos.GB1010000059, GB 0210005183, GB0210003319,GB0210000564, GB0110004429, GB0510013609 and many complains without Nos., my machine is totally defected and it is creating problems day by day and it is not replaced till date.
It is once again requested that it may kindly be replaced immediately. If it is not replaced this time I will be bound to go to higher authorities...

My machine is creating the problems day by day. There are so many complains I have made and still this machine is defective and company is ignoring it.
In view of my mails and subsequent reminders, no any action has been taken so far.
The machine is manufacturing defected and it has not been replaced till date.
I am very sorry to say that no any reply has been received so far for the replacement of my defected machine and even no any action has been taken so far.
In view of the mails and subsequent reminders, a clarification may be made urgently that why the the case against you should not be filed in the Hon'ble Consumer Court.
If your reply is not received with in three days, it will be treated that you have no objection to file the case in Hon'ble Consumer Court.

I am forwarding the request and reminders, which i have sent earlier.
After sending the request I have just talked to Mr. Manoj, Tel No. 0120-2501722 about it and he is not entertaining my complain even after knowing that this was the blunder mistake by whirlpool company itself. It means he is promoting the negligency of the company staff.
I am still very surprised that how a reputed company can do such blunder mistakes?????
In view of the above, it is requested to please look into the matter personally and take necessary action.

Hi Sir,
Please refer my my complain no GB0110004429 dated 18.01.2010 and
I had complained for my fully automatic washing machine on 22.10.2009 that there was manufacturing defect in the machine that was not working smoothly and we were not aware about that. when the engineer came to attend the complain for I had made the complain on 20.10.2009. After that we came to know that the machine was not fitted or its setting was not properly made. I am very surprise to know that such a reputed company how can ignore this blunder mistake???
and it was that the front cover was not fitted with screws.
All the spaces for screw were open and because of this my machine was having the great voice and that is why i had complained.
In view of the above i had requested that the warranty of my machine should be counted from the date of 22.10.2009 in place of the date of my purchasing that is 27.01.2009. As it was the mistake by the company itself. And i m sorry to say the reply from yourside has not received till date.
In view of the above, it is again requested the warranty of my washing machine should be started from 22.10.2009 or it may be extended further 10 months after 2 years.
Because of above problems my machine is not working properly and it is creating the problems day by day.
I would be highly apprecieted if u could replace my fully automatic washing by new machine, as i have suffered a lot and still I am suffering because of the blunder mistake of your company.
