Hi,

I have bought Samsung C3212 (Dual Sim) phone recently from Univercell (Mantri Mall, Malleshwaram, Bangalore). This phone gets hanged every 2-3 hours and there wont be network. I had been to the Showroom again and they gave me a reason saying they can exchange the phone within 7 days of the purchase and suggested me to go to Samsung showroom itself. When I went to the Samsung Services they told me they are not responsible for this and we have to go to the place where we have bought the phone. Would you please help me to get the best consumer service from the Company.
