    Default Airtel Billing



    Dear Sir,
    I had an employee, who have taken a postpaid connection of airtel in my name by submitting my documents. Somehow he managed to take out the connection by doing a duplicate sign of mine.
    About one year ago he left the job and even took the sim card with him.
    Since last 3 to 4 months, persons from airtel are calling me and threatening me of taking me to court.
    I have told them that the sim card has been issued in my name but i haven't signed any papers for the same. But they are not willing to hear that and are continuing to threaten me.
    Please help me as i don't want to go around the court for these matters.
