Today i gone to one of yours in (THE LOOP MOBILE STORE , Shop #3 , Plot #. 608 Vasant Prabhat Building , Sion-Trombay Road , Chembur , Mumbai- 400 071 , Tele Fax is 2529 1111). Basically i am not satisfied with your service as one of your Executive (Pawan Kumar) is rude with thr custumer . When i asked for a prepaid card with fine # , he said there is no stock also asked me to sit for 10 minutes , while sitting he gave two prepaid card to the costumer in some few Rupees . He told me that he will charge sum of 1000 RS. for a card with 786 included . Then i asked for any regular # , he removed some of 3-4 cards from the bunch of prepaid card , when i asked him why you removed this card , he replied that it will charge me 300 RS. for that cards. Finally he is not at all professional with the costumers. Please take some action against him or close your gallery @ Chembur , Mumbai- 400 071 . Lastly i really want to take a strick action against him as he doesnt have manners , how to explain the costumer there are some few more complaints against Pawan Kumar and if u dont take the action within 3 days , then i am sorry i have to Exelete with ur Administrater.
