On 17th January 2009 I got myself and my father insured through ICICI Lombard Health Care. My Policy No.4034iFPP/04375415/00/000 & My Father's Policy No. 4034i/FFP/04375416/00/000.
At first I got a call from one of your sales personnel (harsu mehra), who told me about the policy's terms & condition and asked me to get a policy.As explained by him I was to get Rs.17000 on each policy refund/benefit at the end of the 18th month if I don''t log any medical claim within this period.On my repeated questioning to him, he always maintained the point that in this present scheme the policy holder is to get refund on the end of 18th month, if there is no medical claim within this period.On this terms & condition I made the policy with your company. Even on our confirmation, call the person calling confirm this term to me. On my receiving the policy, I was again ensured over the phone that I was to get Rs17000 on each policy at the end of 18th month from start the policy.
Was 18th month past and I didnt received the refund, I again call Harsu for the refund on phone No. 03339831811. He assured me that the refund is process and has been mailed to his executive for approval. But till now I have not received any refund. After then when I enquired from him on 22/09/10 he asked me to call him next day. When I called him again on 23/10/09 ,I was informed that he has left ICICI lombard and there is no such terms of refund in that scheme.As a customer I was cheated by your personnel over and over again.
Your people has has made such a collusion among themself so that they can break all the internal controls and checks. Not once I was again and again confirmed about the refund/benefit by your sales personnel & on confirmation call from you. I think that there is some racket going on in ICICI lombard. this people has made cheating customer as their business. For their commission they can cut anybody's throat. Now I want my money Back as was cheat and misleaded by your person and your system. And also provided me the audio recording of the interaction with me and your personnel at the time when I took the policy.
I have been long associated with ICICI bank all my family accounts are with ICICI bank and has never faced such problem with them.
Please look into the matter seriously. And also inform me the time it would take to settle this dispute otherwise I shall be bound to make an FIR and take a legal proceeding against your company and your sale personnel.
