please assist me in filling case in consumer court
i bought a 26 inch LCD of sony bravia on 31st may 2010 with one year warranty it has stoped working from 09.09.2010, i have registered a complained against it to the costumer care they gave me a complaint no - 5945055 on 11.09.2010 from this date to till date they not taken any action on it its allmost half a month.

please i want to let them down -- need help on this matter
